About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee AI initiatives within the organization, focusing on managing the execution of proposed AI experiments and use cases. This role is critical in analyzing the value delivered by AI projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, and maintaining delivery checklists. The position requires strong production support experience in the healthcare domain and involves collaboration with various departments to drive successful AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of AI production support projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage a team of support engineers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor production environments for performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and enforce best practices for incident management and problem resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all production support inquiries and escalations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth transitions from development to production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within production support.

Requirements

• 10 to 14 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience in production support within the Healthcare domain.
• Experience managing AI projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management.
