About the position

The Technical Project Manager (HRIS) at Creed Infotech is responsible for managing complex technical projects related to HRIS systems, specifically focusing on the implementation and enhancement of solutions like SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and Opentext. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure alignment with the HR department's strategic goals and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver HRIS solutions on time.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
  • Drive and support the implementation of new HRIS solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure HRIS solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HRIS or related systems.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects and working with HR departments.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and basic knowledge of databases and integration technologies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive project success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • 6 years of IT project management experience (Preferred).
  • 5 years of HRIS experience (Preferred).
