About the position

The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in guiding products from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business aspects of projects. This position involves managing cross-functional programs, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to drive product development and achieve project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and communicate status to the leadership team.
• Develop, track, and report on milestones, deliverables, and blockers.
• Work with squads (development, QA, product, UX) to resolve blockers.
• Manage a complex set of stakeholders across engineering, business development, design, and research, ensuring trust through transparency and communication.
• Manage executive status reports for the group.
• Run workshops to support development and delivery, including requirements gathering, UX review, story grooming, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in project management or related technical roles
• 5 years of experience in Agile/Lean practices
• Experience developing/launching products/technologies in Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks
• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
