About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Broadridge Financial Solutions is responsible for leading and managing multiple concurrent projects focused on infrastructure and cloud technologies. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure project teams stay on track and meet client needs while navigating a fast-paced environment. The position involves collaboration with various departments, risk assessment, and the use of project management tools to track progress and report on project status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project plans, resolving project and resource issues.
• Facilitate solutions across department boundaries and supervise multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Business and Product Management teams and subject matter experts.
• Lead the successful completion of assigned projects through tracking and reporting.
• Review all projects for risks to timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, providing assessments and recommendations.
• Drive a sense of urgency and dedication across all project collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing large strategic technical infrastructure implementations.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Consistent track record for delivering results.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Scrum master certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience interacting with clients/users.
