About the position

The Technical Project Manager I at ISG Technology is responsible for coordinating and completing IT projects on time and within budget. This role involves organizing project schedules, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring project expectations are met while adhering to company standards. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organization, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve project success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Organize and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure project expectations are met.
• Assist in the creation, planning, tracking, resource allocation, and communication plan for technical projects.
• Schedule and participate in planning and status calls, monitoring day-to-day project activities.
• Proactively communicate updates or potential resource constraints to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standard frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Monitor project boards to ensure tickets meet documented standards and timelines.
• Perform customer communications, escalations, or rescheduling as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of engineer updates in project tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT/Technical Operations or project management.
• Experience dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets ISG's insurance criteria.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working for an established managed or cloud services provider (MSP/CSP) preferred.
