As a Technical Project Manager at COCC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery and completion of various technical projects and solutions. This position is essential for managing multiple projects and project assets across several specialized technical teams. You will engage with clients and vendors, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in process improvement and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will be required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A thorough understanding of emerging technologies and trends, particularly in cloud-hosted applications such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Slack, and Smartsheet, as well as virtualized computing environments, is integral to this role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple technical projects from inception to completion. This includes developing comprehensive project assets such as project plans, dashboards, reports, and timelines. You will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. Actively monitoring project progress while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies will be a key part of your role. You will also communicate project status updates to engineers, stakeholders, and members of the management and executive teams, facilitating project meetings and managing a repository of project documentation across multiple platforms.
