About the position

The Lumapoint team is looking for a motivated individual to join their strategic group, focusing on solving critical organizational issues. The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop business unit strategies, manage key initiatives, and work on the development team's strategic priorities for design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle production of transparency reports, including establishing project priorities and timelines.
• Translate policy requirements to facilitate contributions from technical teams.
• Track dependencies and manage cross-functional reviews, input, and approvals.
• Identify, scope, and lead alignment among internal stakeholders on reporting strategy, content, and metrics.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide feedback and support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management environment, including experience with cloud systems development.
• Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones.
• Ability to synthesize input from stakeholders and work creatively on different timelines/scales.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
