About the position

The Technical Project Manager II at Spectrum Customizer is responsible for managing and delivering client initiatives within a technical environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with clients, and leading internal teams to deliver high-quality products. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including onsite, hybrid, or remote options, and requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the delivery of client initiatives including 3D asset creation, data configuration, UX/UI design, development, client ecomm integration, client factory integration, QA, and client feedback.
  • Create and maintain project schedules to inform internal resources, clients, and 3rd party vendor partners.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their operational and business goals.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in internal workflow tools across multiple business and/or client teams.
  • Ensure internal teams and vendors are briefed and prepared with all delivery requirements on each initiative.
  • Develop and update weekly status meeting documents to keep all teams informed.
  • Plan and run weekly status calls with client teams.
  • Ensure projects stay on budget and foster an environment of efficiency.
  • Manage internal resourcing of assigned projects.
  • Develop scopes of work and cost estimates for assigned clients.
  • Ensure all project resources are working together and receiving needed assets to successfully deploy client initiatives and campaigns.
  • Contribute to Monthly Business Reviews with the Technical Project Management Team Lead.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and owning the lifecycle of client initiatives in a technical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on results.
  • Ability to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management within a Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment.
  • Familiarity with 3D product visualization and e-commerce integration.
