About the position

As a Technical Project Manager III in Consumer and Community Banking & Operations Technology, you will lead complex technology projects that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. This role requires a broad knowledge of technical principles and practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. You will optimize resources and manage risks to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring statuses, and selected candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, business leads, and recruiters globally, providing updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Provide data to generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key hiring metrics.
  • Work closely with HR, talent acquisition specialists, and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Coordinate mobility events globally to enhance the internal hiring process and maximize existing talent.
  • Lead efforts to clean up requisitions based on Hygiene Checks and Guardrails around co-location policy.
  • Report on Right-To-Hire (RTH) conversions to efficiently convert contractors to full-time roles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proven experience in project lifecycle management, influencing decision makers, and adapting to changes.
  • Strong technical fluency with familiarity in current platforms, software tools, and technologies.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management with a track record of establishing productive working relationships.
