About the position

The Technical Project Manager - III role at Intelliswift Software Inc. involves overseeing compliance and security workstreams within the NIS portfolio. The position requires strong leadership skills, risk management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across various business units. The successful candidate will manage risks, prepare security documentation, and ensure that reporting dashboards are maintained for senior leadership. This role is critical for supporting enterprise policies, risk management, and audit/compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance/security workstreams across the NIS portfolio, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks.
• Document security controls and develop supporting security documentation.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and central repositories for senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OCISO, NIT/SF auditors, and other risk assessment agencies.
• Provide expertise and guidance to product teams on FRISS policy requirements, including control implementations and remediation plans.
• Develop reports and materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT work experience, including 2+ years in Information Technology, Cloud, security/controls, or similar areas.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
• Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization.
• Excellent priority setting skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
