About the position

The Technical Project Manager III will play a crucial role in supporting national efforts against CBRN threats by leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation. This position involves collaborating with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems to integrate critical data, enhancing situational awareness and threat forecasting through predictive analytics. The role requires a strong focus on project planning, development, and documentation, while staying updated on AI system trends and collaborating with clients to develop product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, testing, and documenting projects.
• Apply business process improvement, modernization, and reengineering practices.
• Support project milestones, goals, and deliverables.
• Stay updated on AI system and software architecture trends, including DevSecOps.
• Collaborate with clients and requirements owners to develop product lines.
• Develop plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies; analyze and decompose requirements.
• Capture, develop, and report on reference architectures and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated experience with CBRNE, biosurveillance, or related work.
• Direct work and well versed in Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI systems and software architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of modern software architectures like micro-services and front-end frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for cross-organizational and diverse audiences.
• Ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature requests and recommend alternative technical and business approaches.
• Demonstrated background working with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository system (MARS).
• Experience with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems.
