As a Technical Project Manager on the cloud and system team at Hireio, you will play a pivotal role in driving critical infrastructure initiatives. This position requires you to partner with business stakeholders and collaborate across various engineering teams to ensure that projects are seen through from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and timely, high-quality delivery of projects. You will be tasked with managing all aspects of project management, which includes planning that incorporates dependencies, key milestones, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for data gathering, analysis, communication, risk management and mitigation, status tracking and reporting, implementation, monitoring, execution, and the overall delivery of the initiative or project. In this role, you will drive strategic, cross-team initiatives and will need to influence and collaborate with various teams, including engineering and product teams. Your ability to build commitment with implementation teams, negotiate competing requirements, ensure alignment, and track project progress will be crucial. You will also be expected to communicate project plans, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Partnering with the Program Manager and leadership will be essential to identify and solve challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
