About the position

The Technical Project Manager, Integrations at XOi Technologies is responsible for leading integration and technical projects within a SaaS environment. This role focuses on gathering requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful onboarding and customer experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of integration technologies and effective communication with stakeholders to drive project success and optimize returns on investment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and align external and internal business requirements for integration projects.
• Create a collaborative environment to gather functional and technical requirements from clients and integration partners.
• Champion integration best practices and facilitate clear communication of requirements.
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of integration projects from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring project goals, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, communicating project progress, timelines, risks, and blockers clearly and promptly.
• Possess a strong understanding of integration technologies, including REST and GraphQL APIs, and assess APIs using development platforms like Postman and Insomnia.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical project management in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, technical integration projects with third-party partners.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, including REST and GraphQL APIs, Authentication standards, and integration architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects with effective time and priority management.
• Proactive learner eager to dive into new technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in a software architecture role.
• Strong understanding of advanced integration development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and messaging services.
• Experience contributing to the development of technical design documentation in collaboration with software architects.
