The Technical Project Manager for IT Strategy will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the implementation of IT projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy and architecture principles, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and capturing detailed project requirements to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will also be tasked with managing the technical and scheduling aspects of project management, which includes assisting in solution transfer planning and coordination. The candidate will need to demonstrate experience in implementing software solutions within the Sponsor's mission environment, which encompasses security accreditation processes, handling large datasets, and adhering to data policies. Additionally, the role may involve strategic investing and working with venture capital or startup companies, providing a unique opportunity to influence the direction of IT initiatives within the organization. The position requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph, emphasizing the need for a candidate who is a U.S. citizen and has a proven track record in project management within a secure environment.
