About the position

The Technical Project Manager IV will be responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives within the Business Messaging Marketing team. This role requires a blend of technical project management skills and marketing expertise, particularly in utilizing various marketing tools to drive successful campaigns. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies and the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders on large cross-functional growth marketing projects.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to develop and execute marketing campaigns, reports, webinars, landing pages, capacity planning, and operations project management.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create, manage, and execute marketing webinars, along with follow-up reports for multiple stakeholders.
  • Build out emails for defined marketing campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages through internal Content Management System tool.
  • Generate reports on completed campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, engineering, legal, and compliance to align project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, analytics, and marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical project management role within a marketing or digital environment.
  • Proficiency in databases, data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, R, etc.), and data visualization software (Tableau).
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Knak, Splash, Zoom, High spot, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP, Agile, and Salesforce certification are a plus.
  • Exposure and knowledge of AMP script is an added advantage.
