As a Technical Project Manager at Kohler Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple simultaneous and technically demanding cloud-focused projects. You will work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering teams, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing ongoing projects, conducting kick-offs, reviews, and lessons learned sessions, and developing and managing full lifecycle projects to ensure on-time delivery. You will drive the Agile software development process and partner with architects, development teams, and program managers to deliver operational efficiency needs. In this role, you will guide highly skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery and implement project management procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for creating documentation to support plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams. Utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and reporting will be a key aspect of your role, as you will report on project health, success metrics, and active progress.
