About The Position
Kohler Ventures is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team dedicated to building new digital businesses that empower consumers to lead healthier lives. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Kohler Co., we are at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology, science, and design to enhance familiar experiences and develop innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple simultaneous and technically demanding cloud-focused projects, ensuring that we deliver on our mission effectively and efficiently. In this position, you will work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering teams, and product teams to manage ongoing projects, kick-offs, reviews, and lessons learned. You will be responsible for developing and managing full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time delivery while driving the Agile software development process. Your role will involve partnering with architects, development teams, and program managers to deliver operational efficiency needs, guiding highly skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery. You will implement project management procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics, creating documentation to support plans and processes that drive consistency and alignment across teams. Utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and reporting will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will report on project health, success metrics, and active progress. This position requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.
