About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Kore.AI is responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience in Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Conversational AI and chatbots (a plus).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
