About the position

The Technical Project Manager/Lead role at Robert Half involves overseeing both local and offshore teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to customer satisfaction. This position is focused on managing project lifecycles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing best practices in IT project management and Agile methodologies. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Overseeing the full life cycle of projects from the point of sale to customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring timely execution of project tasks and milestones.
  • Managing CRM development, including setting up and developing workflows, automations, and integrations for marketing and sales channels.
  • Handling API integration projects and ensuring their successful completion.
  • Utilizing project management tools, preferably Asana, to track project progress and ensure clear communication among team members.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in IT project management and agile scrum methodologies.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure project goals are being met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing contract details and ensuring all parties are fulfilling their obligations.
  • Implementing change management processes as needed to accommodate project adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management and Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in contract management and auditing
  • Familiarity with best practices in project management and change management
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive technical projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management will be an advantage
