About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple programs at the intersection of Engineering & Technical and Customer Operations teams. This role involves managing product development workflows for materials, mechanical systems, and digital systems, ensuring successful testing in both lab and field environments. The position requires effective planning, tracking, and delivery of project scope, along with risk mitigation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple programs across Engineering & Technical and Customer Operations teams.
• Manage product development workflows for materials, mechanical systems, and digital systems.
• Facilitate testing of products in lab and field environments.
• Plan, track, and deliver all project scope through effective project management.
• Define project scope and manage risks associated with projects.
• Engage in stakeholder management to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Background in software and/or hardware engineering.
• Established experience in leading customer-facing projects from concept to successful launch.
• Understanding of the end-to-end product development stack including electronics, mechanics, material, firmware, application, data, and cloud.
• Understanding of product manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Applied engineering experience in a technology and/or manufacturing environment.
