About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead the coordination of three business units in the implementation of engineering software and processes across global factories. This role requires a proven leader with extensive project management experience to navigate challenges and drive project success, particularly in a high-stakes environment with significant financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of three business units in implementing engineering software and processes.
• Manage large-scale projects with a total budget of $6.5 million and an average monthly spend of $600-$800K.
• Assess project progress weekly and identify and escalate issues as necessary.
• Document risks and maintain a focus on driving project progress.
• Collaborate on project financials, tracking budget to actual accruals.
• Coordinate and participate in monthly executive committee meetings to discuss project status, budget, and scope changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of solid Project Management leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Past experience working with IT system integrators on projects.
• Ability to effectively deal with and resolve confrontation.
