About the position

The Technical Project Manager for Mobile Development will lead the delivery of mobile projects in a fast-paced agile environment. This role involves collaborating with mobile engineers to enhance the enterprise mobile app, focusing on redesign, information architecture, and user experience. The manager will ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution, while also engaging with various stakeholders to drive product roadmaps and remove obstacles to progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery within a fast-paced agile environment
• Work with a team of highly talented mobile engineers to build and deliver the mobile roadmap
• Articulate and understand the architecture on Android, iOS, and the Mobile Servicing Layer
• Collaborate with mobile product development to understand product and customer needs
• Engage in hands-on design and ensure alignment of strategy with software engineers and architects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change required to execute product roadmaps
• Prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule for major product releases
• Remove blockers raised by the team and external stakeholders
• Maintain workspace using Jira
• Define and maintain release plans and milestones
• Track progress at a domain level
• Plan and close sprints, ensuring tasks are completed and user stories are marked as released.

Requirements

• Solid experience building and leading native Mobile App development (iOS / Android)
• Experience building consumer-facing products and platforms for mobile apps with high performance and scalability
• Extensive hands-on experience managing the development of complex, large scale applications
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or other rapid application development methodologies
• University Degree in computer science or engineering-related field required.
