Noblis is seeking Technical Project Managers to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization (PMO). This role is crucial for managing all aspects of program and project management, ensuring that FAA operational policies, processes, and program elements are integrated and documented effectively. The Technical Project Managers will be involved in a variety of programmatic and functional elements across automation, communications, navigation, and surveillance portfolios, whether in sustainment or as they progress through the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS). As part of the Noblis team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that streamline the acquisition and deployment of next-generation air traffic management and surveillance systems, improve infrastructure at airports and in the airspace, and support the integration of unmanned aircraft systems and commercial space ventures. Your work will directly influence the FAA's ability to adapt to future growth and technological shifts, ensuring the aerospace system remains the safest and most efficient worldwide. In this dynamic environment, you will support all aspects of program and project management, including planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting ATO organizational activities. You will interface with government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination. Your role will also involve preparing and delivering program management-related tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality and timeliness standards. You will serve as the primary client interface, providing status reporting and project documentation, and will provide technical leadership, strategic and tactical planning, and oversight in the management and administration of the Task Orders.
