Robert Bosch LLC is seeking multiple Technical Project Managers to lead project teams and achieve project targets, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves steering product development activities and overseeing quality assurance in product development projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring product performance and fulfilling system requirements, including safety and security requirements when applicable. The position requires streamlining product and feature planning by aligning requirements, technical design, and product marketing to effectively demonstrate parking systems for North American vehicle manufacturers. The Technical Project Manager will focus on aligning strategies in product roadmap development, benchmarking, demo readiness, feature planning, and roll-out. This includes developing North American-specific software products, particularly parking features, and participating in acquisition activities for parking systems business development engineering. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing solution concepts, system definitions, architecture, and specifications. The Technical Project Manager will lead and drive all customer communications in collaboration with sales and product management for new acquisitions and USS system demonstrations. Additionally, the position requires defining vehicle-level impacts based on requirements and facilitating demo readiness of parking product features. The Technical Project Manager will also define and execute functionality testing based on prototypes to validate design concepts, analyze testing results, and support engineering efforts. The role includes driving benchmarking activities, participating in acquisition activities, and developing cost and effort estimations. Furthermore, the Technical Project Manager will contribute to hardware processes for production start and handover to the plant, ensuring adherence to engineering processes for production, including electrical control units and sensors.
