About the position

Nokia of America Corporation is seeking multiple Technical Project Managers to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, maintaining, and validating information technology (IT) projects, specifically focusing on the High-Level Design and Low-Level Detailed Design for Nokia customers' end-to-end network architecture. You will guide the work of technical staff and support the integration of Nokia's North America customer base to achieve end-to-end automation. As a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that project stages are planned effectively and that the business implications of each stage are assessed thoroughly. Your responsibilities will include reviewing project schedules, mitigating technical constraints and risks, and advising IT teams on the development and implementation of Nokia's Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solution. You will assist with the design, development, testing, and acceptance of projects to ensure adherence to relevant standards. Additionally, you will perform risk analysis, planning, and implement risk mitigation strategies while maintaining the complete life cycle of customer relationships, reflecting topology and architectural changes with network evolution. You will also be involved in designing and developing NSD/Ansible packages for Cloud products, configuring, and customizing Cloud development Azure pipelines and agents. Participation in stakeholder communications to address issues and risks for IT projects will be a key part of your role. Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, maintain, and validate IT projects for Nokia customers' network architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience.
  • Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
  • 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools development in a Cloud environment.
  • Experience with Core Applications IMS, SDM, or Registers with Call Flows.
  • Experience developing and customizing Continuous Delivery Azure Pipelines and Jenkins-based CI/CD environments.
  • Experience with AWS, Openstack, Kubernetes, or Docker Container technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tool chain including Continuous integration, Continuous delivery, Test automation, and Monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Python, JIRA, GIT, and implementing agile frameworks and DevOps Architecture.
