About the position

The Technical Project Manager - Presales (TPM) role is designed for an experienced professional looking to blend technical project management with strategic presales activities. This position focuses on leading impactful IT projects while also engaging in business development, shaping solutions, crafting proposals, and interacting with clients to secure new business opportunities. The role emphasizes both execution and strategy, allowing the TPM to refine their technical skills and expand into capture management.

Responsibilities

• Technical project management using SQL Server, .NET framework, systems integration, and data conversion.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or .NET Core for web development.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG standards for accessibility in web and portal solutions.
• Apply agile project management principles and tools like DevOps and Jira to manage projects and client interfaces.
• Continuously assess project management processes for improvement and incorporate best practices.
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring efficient execution within timelines and budgets.
• Assign work to project team members based on skills and availability, monitoring progress.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and effective communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in supervising IT-related programs or projects.
• Good knowledge of database management using SQL Server and software development using .NET framework.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methods and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certification in Project Management, Agile, or a similar qualification is desired.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree and/or project management certification preferred.
• Experience in managing large-scale software implementations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation.
