The Technical Project Manager - Presales (TPM) role is designed for an experienced professional looking to blend technical project management with strategic presales activities. This position focuses on leading impactful IT projects while also engaging in business development, crafting proposals, and shaping solutions to win new business. Responsibilities

• Technical project management using SQL Server, .NET framework, systems integration, and data conversion.
• Utilize HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or .NET Core for web development.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG standards for accessibility in web and portal solutions.
• Apply agile project management principles and tools like DevOps and Jira to manage projects.
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes based on best practices.
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring efficient execution within timelines and budgets.
• Assign work to project team members based on their skills and monitor progress.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and correspondence.
• Lead capture management for RFPs and RFIs, developing capture strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to design innovative IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the proposal development process from planning to submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in supervising IT-related programs or projects.
• Good knowledge of database management using SQL Server and software development using .NET framework.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methods and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certification in Project Management, Agile, or a similar qualification is desired.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree and/or project management certification preferred.
• Experience in managing large-scale software implementations.
• Good knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation.
