About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead and facilitate the end-to-end project lifecycle for UI development projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project documentation, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The position requires strong technical knowledge, particularly in UI, and the ability to manage risks and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scrum master and project manager to lead and facilitate the end-to-end project lifecycle for development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of tools, resources, and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and ensure the team is on track to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong technical and system integration knowledge, specifically in UI.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) and agile frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
