About the position

The Technical Project Manager/Project Manager will lead the GenAI Production Support team, focusing on managing daily operations of AI production systems. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal performance, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality support and solutions in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of GenAI production support projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage a team of support engineers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Monitor production environments for performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and enforce best practices for incident management and problem resolution.
• Ensure timely responses to production issues, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all production support inquiries and escalations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth transitions from development to production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within production support.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on production support.
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and production environments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management.
