About the position

The Technical Project Manager - Quantum Science will provide on-site support for a portfolio of DARPA programs focused on quantum sensing, positioning, navigation, timing, and communications. This role involves acting as the action officer and organizational hub for a dynamic, multi-functional team, requiring strong organizational skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage multiple research efforts.
• Facilitate team activities and coordinate test events.
• Act as the action officer for DARPA programs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD SECRET Clearance.
• US citizenship required per contract.
• Conversant in topics related to quantum science, photonics, or microfabrication.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Minimum of two years' experience in program or project management.
• Successful experience tracking and coordinating tasks, deliverables, and testing events.
• Excellent technical writing skills, including proofreading and quality control on technical documents and slides.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; ability to summarize and communicate concepts quantitatively and comprehensively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.

Nice-to-haves

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Prior experience with DoD research and development.
