About the position

Cardinal IP is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the research, planning, and design of a new SaaS platform. This role involves managing software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and utilizing project management software to track progress and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document software requirements to assist in building new features, products, or data fields.
• Create screen mock-ups and workflows to facilitate feedback and pass on to UI designer.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to deliver complete and accurate specifications to the development team.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and competitor features.
• Perform gap analysis on competitor features.
• Collaborate with UI Designer to create the final UI.
• Work with the development team to complete the project.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in software project management.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between clients and the technical team by translating and documenting non-technical business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
