About the position

The Technical Project Manager at LifePoint Health is responsible for leading and managing technology development projects from initiation to delivery. This role involves collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure project goals are met while maintaining effective communication and project management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and teams under deadlines, utilizing strong project management skills to manage budget, time, and resources.
  • Gather required data from key stakeholders to evaluate goals, objectives, and scope, and create technical specifications and workflow mappings.
  • Manage and enhance LifePoint's real estate documents and contracts management capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, hosting meetings and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering effective team interaction and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Compile and maintain deliverable repositories for project documents and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
