The Technical Project Manager works with cross-functional departments to develop eCOA/ePRO project/program timelines and oversee the operational aspects of technology. This role ensures that software product content aligns to support project team requirements, study training, customer acceptance requirements, device preparation, and study delivery schedules. The Technical Project Manager will monitor and analyze project status to identify potential risks and mitigations, escalate risks to leadership and stakeholders, and follow through to resolution.
