About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective coordination between onshore and offshore teams. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, developing and executing project plans.
• Lead and guide the technical team, providing necessary resources and support.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality, scope, and timeline.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless project delivery.
• Take complete ownership of development projects, including technical and functional aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development and IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certified.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification is preferred.
