About the position

The Technical Project Manager for SAP Cloud is responsible for managing and implementing IT projects or programs with defined start and end dates. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. The manager will develop project plans, coordinate activities, manage resources, and enforce project standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed project plans and schedules for application/infrastructure projects.
• Manages the project lifecycle from initiation through to program closure.
• Manages and resolves risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Leads and provides direction for project planning and management activities.
• Oversees end-to-end project management activities including reporting, planning, and scope management.
• Monitors project results for significant deviations and collaborates with IT functions to address incidents.
• Maintains regular contact with clients and reports on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, management information systems, computer science, or equivalent.
• 4-10 years of experience in technology or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of implementing SAP Cloud/No Cloud solutions and customizing SAP functionality in various components.
• Experience with SDLC, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical designs and project status.
• Experience supporting customer-facing, high-volume, mission-critical applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
