About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Project Management team supporting the Automotive channel. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and enhancing the quality of software through collaboration and agile methodologies. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various teams to improve processes, manage risks, and facilitate project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to establish release and product development schedules.
• Establish project plans for delivering roadmap initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams and participate in scaled agile ceremonies.
• Manage projects using ADO and Confluence, providing software training as needed.
• Advocate for process changes to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Calculate and track team productivity to manage release timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Understanding of contemporary agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using Agile performance metrics for accountability and improvement.
• Experience with agile planning software tools, familiarity with ADO & Confluence preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile development processes like Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Familiarity with multi-team agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Automotive Industry knowledge.
