About the position

The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master role is focused on leading and managing technical projects while facilitating Agile methodologies within teams. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams, helping to resolve technical challenges and ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing role, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to interface with multiple teams, including development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices, with experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
• Solid technical background, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas.
