About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) to join our Project Management team, focusing on the Automotive channel. This hybrid role requires at least two days a week in the San Diego office. The Technical Project Manager will leverage their experience and best practices to enhance software quality and drive revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve agile methodologies, manage project schedules, and facilitate communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to establish release and product development schedules.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams and participate in scaled agile ceremonies.
• Manage projects using ADO and Confluence, providing software training as needed.
• Advocate for process changes to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Calculate and track team productivity (velocity) to manage release timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Understanding of contemporary agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using Agile performance metrics for accountability and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with agile planning software tools, familiarity with ADO & Confluence preferred.
• Experience with Agile development processes like Scrum, Kanban, and XP preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-team agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS preferred.
• Automotive Industry knowledge.
