About the position

The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at Stefanini Group is responsible for overseeing IT program management and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with Product Managers and Technical Leads to ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining roadmap schedules, and enhancing customer experience through the deployment of relevant digital technologies. The position serves as the single point of contact for the Digital workstream, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions and dependencies).
• Manages work streams, prepares status reports and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.
• Acts as key escalation point for risks and issues.
• Manages multi-year projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies.
• Coordinates and communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Experience with Major Program management.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira and Excel.
• Experience in IT global program.
