About the position

Sia Partners is seeking talented Technical Program Managers (TPMs) at the consultant level and above to join our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit. This unit has been integral to our clients' technical program management needs, and with our recent growth, we are looking to expand our team that supports many of the biggest names in technology. Our expertise in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, and Technical Project Management has been a key driver of our success. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated client-facing success in several disciplines, including Compliance and Legal Technology Solutions, Data Science, AI/GenAI Implementation, Process Improvement, SQL and Reporting Tools, PM/Agile/Scrum, Fintech/Payments, Product/Application Development, Code Reviews, Quality Assurance, A/B Testing, Prototyping, and Business/Functional/Technical Requirements Authoring. As a TPM, you will be responsible for client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team. Your role will involve project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration with internal and client project team members. You will contribute to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and with client groups. Your responsibilities will include providing status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health, maintaining program sites as a repository for all project information, and contributing to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables. You will also perform research and business analysis, assist in the coordination and development of client proposals, and support practice, thought leadership, and people development. In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate strong consulting skills, including the ability to plan assigned work, identify priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will perform both simple and complex research and business analysis to solve customer business challenges and present tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data. You will also be responsible for writing business proposals and presentations autonomously, detecting and qualifying business opportunities, and supervising project teams internally and on client assignments. Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated management consulting experience
  • Experience with the implementation of AI/GenAI solutions
  • Ability to partner with program managers and cross-functional partners
  • Experience working with Product Owners and engineering teams
  • Ability to define product roadmap and goals/metrics
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and simultaneous projects
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to conduct ongoing communication of team programs and manage risks

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Fintech/Payments
  • Knowledge of SQL and Reporting Tools
  • Familiarity with PM/Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in Code Reviews and Quality Assurance
  • Proficiency in A/B Testing and Prototyping
