About the position

Prelim is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the Implementation Team as a Technical Project Manager. This role is pivotal in helping banks achieve better access to banking services by leading new projects and ensuring their completion on time and within budget. As a Project Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for managing customer deployments, working closely with stakeholders to establish timelines, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support throughout the project lifecycle. In this fast-paced and dynamic work environment, you will play a key role in facilitating the onboarding process for banks, ensuring that they can effectively utilize Prelim's services. You will provide ongoing customer support, addressing questions, resolving issues, and delivering product training to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams will be essential, as you will communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the banking industry by leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training.
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results.
