The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage various IT projects within the agency. You will also prepare technical documentation related to architecture and cybersecurity standards, perform project and contract management tasks, and oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software development projects. The position requires strong leadership skills, as you will mentor project managers and assist them in troubleshooting project issues. Additionally, you will be involved in developing project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements, while ensuring effective communication with all project stakeholders.
