The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be a crucial member of the development team for our client's Supply Chain Application module suite. The TPM will be responsible for leading module development, conducting discovery sessions with customers, and guiding a team of developers. This position requires a strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct discovery sessions with customers to gather and analyze their requirements. You will be responsible for documenting these requirements and producing design documents, participating in reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs. Additionally, you will create project plans and may also be involved in writing code to support the development process. As a leader, you will guide and mentor developers, helping them to grow their skills and ensuring that project execution aligns with established strategies. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), TechOps, and Production Support teams to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
