Technical Project Manager (US)

About the position

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our advanced analytics consulting firm. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of projects while achieving desired outcomes, utilizing agile methodologies and overseeing cross-functional teams to drive success in deploying enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of company products and services to ensure success.
• Act as project manager, monitoring the program from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules.
• Gather input from the project team and independently develop a plan for projects of moderate to significant scope.
• Utilize agile tools and methodologies to guide product road mapping, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
• Lead multiple limited to moderate-scope projects simultaneously, which may include complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate deliverables and project assets to assist the project team.
• Oversee the work of the project team, involving members from various disciplines including application engineering, cloud, BI, and data engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study.
• 15-18 years of experience with around 5 years in project management with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Relevant experience in program management, technology architecture, and data platform/products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management approaches, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of application development background.
• Ability to build a data platform for the customer domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience in executing projects using Agile methodology.
• Strong people management skills.
