About the position

The Technical Project Manager role focuses on managing high-priority IT projects within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The position requires extensive experience in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective planning and execution, while also managing stakeholder expectations and project changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including cost, schedule, resource, quality, and procurement plans.
• Implement actions to mitigate project risks and integrate changes according to the project's change management plan.
• Monitor project resources effectively and conduct capacity planning.
• Manage high-priority projects with a focus on IT or related sectors.
• Ensure successful project delivery by adhering to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience managing high-priority projects, particularly in IT or related sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP® certification is mandatory.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) is a plus.
• SAFe Agile Certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile project management tools, particularly Jira Work Management.
• Experience with capacity planning and monitoring project resources effectively.
