About the position

The Technical Project Manager for Web Programs will oversee day-to-day project management for the Web Experience team in a SaaS/Tech environment. This role involves developing schedules, aligning resources, defining milestones, and documenting project strategies to ensure successful project execution. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance web experiences and support the company's mission of guiding users in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with internal and external project stakeholders to understand project requests, plan resources, and develop a clear and actionable project plan.
  • Create/maintain project plans that include identifying task owners, milestones, dependencies & key risks.
  • Manage project scope & evaluate priorities to assist in balancing resources for various projects efficiently.
  • Attend meetings with WebEx Product Owners to take meetings, record actions items and report these back out to attendees.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and implement frameworks to achieve operational scale.
  • Drive collaboration and communication between project stakeholders to ensure all teams are working toward the same goal.
  • Craft status reports that provide context, narrative, data, and next steps so leadership is aware of rapidly evolving programs.
  • Manage the project board and roadmap artifact for the Web Experience team.
  • Consistently be one step ahead in overcoming dependencies and blockers.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager within Corporate Web Programs
  • Experience with technical implementation of corporate websites
  • Experience working in the Tech/SaaS industry
  • Experience working for a Global company with geographically diverse and virtual teams
  • Experience managing web programs through project management
  • Subject matter excellence in Lean / Agile mindsets and common software delivery frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum)
  • Project Management experience working with web Product Owners and Engineering teams, preferably for marketing projects
  • Some knowledge of product marketing and/or campaign marketing
  • Experience communicating with executive level teams, engineers, and customers
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical language

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) like Contentful or similar
  • Experience utilizing GitHub
