As a Technical Project Manager for the Helion Developer Network, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our cloud products and solutions. This position is part of the Evangelism & Community Engagement function, which is dedicated to ensuring that our technology reaches the right audience and is well understood by key influencers, particularly IT professionals and developers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end design and development of the HDN website, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users and stakeholders. In this role, you will coordinate a small development team, an external UI design agency, and various internal stakeholders to create a cohesive and functional website. You will architect and oversee the integration of various website components, including identity management, content management systems (CMS), event registration, and document management. Your leadership will be crucial in taking full responsibility for the on-time delivery and quality of the website, as well as managing ongoing changes and updates to ensure the site remains relevant and effective. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing external-facing websites. You should have at least 10 years of experience in roles such as development, quality assurance, or project management, with a minimum of 5 years specifically as a Technical Project Manager, preferably on the development side. Your technical expertise should include a solid understanding of website architecture, design, and integration, as well as direct experience with technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, Drupal, and WordPress. Familiarity with Java/JSP and Ruby is a plus. You will need to work collaboratively across organizations and stakeholders to drive results, and you should be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment where responsibilities and requirements can change daily. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to influence across teams are essential for success in this role. A university or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
