About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee both Agile and Waterfall technical projects, ensuring alignment with team goals and processes. This role involves developing and maintaining essential project management deliverables, leading multiple projects concurrently, and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage both Agile and Waterfall technical projects, ensuring alignment with the team’s goals and processes.
• Develop and maintain essential project management deliverables, including Project Plans, Status Reports, Charters, RACI matrices, Risk Tracking, and Mitigation Plans.
• Embrace and apply the organization’s defined operating models, deliverables, and approval stages.
• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely task completion.
• Track project tasks through a task management platform (e.g., Wrike, Radar).
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, driving discussions, and delivering timely meeting notes.
• Ensure project teams adhere to established project cadence and deliverables timelines.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency within the project management space.

• Strong documentation and document management capabilities.
• Proven ability to connect team members, identify project needs, and anticipate challenges.
• Experience with task management solutions such as Wrike or Radar.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage meetings and drive team adherence to agendas.
• Focus on continuous improvement to enhance project efficiency.
