About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee projects related to Salesforce, Zuora, and Commerce, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring. This role requires a strong background in IT and program management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Perform project planning activities including resource planning, project kick-off, sprint planning, and project timeline planning.
• Manage project execution tasks such as Scrum backlog management, product backlog grooming, and daily sprint updates.
• Conduct project monitoring activities including status reporting and risk management.
• Manage stakeholders across DTS and business units, ensuring effective communication and reporting to DTS leadership.
• Utilize Jira for reporting and managing the Scrum process.
• Dedicate 30% of time to learning the Zuora domain and performing business analyst tasks.

Requirements

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Active Scrum Master certification is required.
• Active SAFE 2.0 certification is required.
• 15+ years of IT experience is required.
• 10+ years of program management experience as a Technical Project Manager in Salesforce, Zuora, or Commerce domain is required.
• Experience with Jira is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Zuora domain is preferred.
