About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective implementation, onboarding, and rollout of initiatives. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, including Product Managers and Developers, and requires participation in all project phases from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Engagements: Steer client interactions, drive project tasks, and ensure seamless communication.
• Project Coordination: Plan and oversee project activities to hit targets within set timelines and budgets.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects align with our strategic goals, following best practices and methodologies.
• Resource Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage staffing, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support internal and external teams, assigning responsibilities and resolving issues.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular updates and lead meetings to track progress and address any concerns.
• Customer Focus: Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver consistent project outcomes.
• Adaptability: Embrace change and ambiguity, navigating evolving project landscapes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems management or a similar field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years managing projects, especially in software development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all project stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Sharp analytical skills to tackle project issues and foresee risks.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent at gathering and documenting requirements, with strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt to shifting project demands and environments.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Understanding of golf is a bonus, as it's relevant to our projects.
